She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Botswana and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade from the University of Stellenbosch, bringing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">specialised<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> expertise in international commercial law. Prior to her appointment, she served as Deputy Attorney General in the International and Commercial Services Division, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">advising the government <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on bilateral and multilateral trade agreements and commercial law matters. As Attorney General, she has <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">emphasised modernising<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Botswana&#8217;s justice system through initiatives including e-filing, law revision, and strengthening child-friendly justice mechanisms. She has advocated strongly for aligning legislative reforms with evolving national priorities including human trafficking prevention, disability rights protection, and electoral integrity enhancement.
