Born in 1977 in Roseburg, Oregon, she earned her <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juris Doctor (JD)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> summa cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law, demonstrating exceptional academic achievement. Her distinguished career includes clerkships with judges on the Tenth and Ninth Circuits and the District of Oregon, providing comprehensive understanding of federal appellate and trial practice. She practiced commercial litigation in Oregon before serving on the Washington County Circuit Court, where she held leadership positions as Chief Civil Judge and Presiding Judge.
