She holds an LLB from Universidade Agostinho Neto, a Master&#8217;s in Legal and Business Sciences from the same institution in partnership with University of Coimbra, and is currently a doctoral student in Public Law at Universidade Agostinho Neto in collaboration with Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Her academic credentials demonstrate exceptional commitment to legal scholarship alongside judicial service. At her inauguration, she emphasized digitalization and modernization of the judiciary as key priorities for Angola&#8217;s justice system, signaling a forward-thinking approach to judicial reform. Her leadership combines extensive legal expertise with vision for technological advancement, positioning Angola&#8217;s Supreme Court for contemporary challenges.
