Jindal Global University, India. Formerly Director of Research and Head of the Peace and Governance Programme at the United Nations University in Tokyo (2004\u20132014), he has authored or edited over 30 scholarly volumes and numerous articles on international law, global governance, and human rights. Professor Popovski has received research support from the Australian Research Council, Japan\u2019s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and ERASMUS+.
