An eminent scholar and practitioner, he holds law degrees from the University of Zambia, King\u2019s College London, and the University of Oxford. Before joining the Bench, he practised law for over two decades and taught at both the University of Zambia and the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE). As Deputy Chief Justice, he has guided reforms in judicial modernisation, access to justice, and institutional capacity building.
