The AI and Robotics Labs at our school provide a hands-on learning environment that integrates cutting-edge technology into the classroom, supporting the curriculum shifts outlined in NEP 2020. These labs embody the goal of transforming traditional education by bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, while promoting essential 21st-century skills.
Students design, build, and program robots, enhancing creativity and problem-solving skills through project-based learning, covering both hardware and software aspects.
Students learns computational thinking, programming languages such as Scratch, Python, and C++., data patterns, model building, and learn about recommendation systems to understand AI’s impact on daily life.
Collaborative projects foster communication, leadership, and project management skills, supporting holistic and multidisciplinary learning. The labs offer an experiential learning approach, breaking down complex concepts through interactive activities and prepare students for future careers in STEM by providing exposure to real-world tools and practices, thus building foundational skills for the technology industry.
Our students have made their mark in the esteemed CISCE Interschool Robotics Championship , organized in collaboration with Technology Innovation Hub, IIT Delhi . This prestigious competition brought together talented young minds from across the country to showcase their robotics skills. Akshat Bariyar, Vidhi Gupta, Prakhya Yadav, Aishwarya Sharma, and Karan Singh all from 9I – were handpicked from 25 school participants to represent their institution.
The AI and Robotics Labs reflect NEP 2020’s vision of integrating technology into education and promoting skills like coding, creativity, and critical thinking from an early age. By incorporating these labs, our school ensures that students are active innovators, equipped with the skills necessary for success in an increasingly automated world. This immersive learning experience prepares students to contribute meaningfully to the workforce of tomorrow.
