A warning bell will ring at <strong data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1583\">1:30 minutes<\/strong>, and the final bell at <strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1623\">2:00 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1788\">Speakers must <strong data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1670\">address the chair only<\/strong> and avoid <strong data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1735\">offensive language, religious or political remarks<\/strong>.
