Team leaders’ responsibilities in competitions are crucial to ensuring discipline, safety, and smooth event execution. Every team leader must strictly adhere to the following principles:

Accountability and Safety

1. Team leaders bear full responsibility for their team members’ conduct.

2. Ensuring the safety of all team members is the team leader’s duty.

3. Team leaders must always know the whereabouts of their team members during competition days.

Discipline and Attendance

4. Protecting the venue, including all movable and immovable property, is the team’s responsibility.

5. Damage caused by negligence or irresponsible behavior will affect the institution’s reputation and may lead to disciplinary action.

6. All team members and team leaders must follow strict disciplinary norms.

7. Attendance at the Morning Prayer Assembly is mandatory for all team members and leaders. Non-compliance will result in the team being marked absent.
