Childhood is a world of wonder and discovery, a realm where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and every moment holds the promise of a new revelation. It is in these formative years that curiosity blossoms, imagination flourishes, and the seeds of lifelong learning are sown.
The 13th Eureka International Science and Environment Olympiad (EISEO) 2025 embodies this philosophy. By engaging young learners in competitions centred on Science, Technology, and Environmental Studies, Eureka provides them with opportunities to explore, experiment, and uncover talents that often remain latent until such moments of discovery. It is through these experiences that children gain confidence, self-esteem, and the courage to dream beyond boundaries.
Incorporating such interventions into the curriculum nurtures a profound sense of environmental stewardship from an early age. Students are encouraged to innovate and guided to develop awareness and sensitivity towards pressing global issues, such as climate change and ecological sustainability: issues they will inherit and be called upon to address in the future.
Environment-based school events broaden students’ horizons, fostering global awareness and cultural exchange. By connecting young minds across diverse geographies, they cultivate empathy, collaboration, and the understanding that every action, however small, contributes to the well-being of our shared world.
I am confident that this year too, Eureka will continue to enrich participants’ personalities, enhance their critical thinking, and inspire a lifelong commitment to learning and service.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mrs Trapti Dwivedi, Principal of CMS Anand Nagar, and her dedicated team for organising such an outstanding event that promises to ignite curiosity, creativity, and conscious responsibility in young hearts.
May EISEO-2025 inspire every participant to innovate boldly, think globally, and act responsibly for the planet we call home.
Jai Jagat!
