SUPERIOR PRINCIPAL AND HEAD, QAID

Mrs Susmita Ghose, Superior Princiapl and Head, QAID

Science and the environment are two sides of the same coin. Science provides the tools to understand our environment, and the environment, in turn, gives purpose to science. It is not merely a collection of natural resources; it is a living, breathing entity that sustains all life on Earth. As Chief Seattle profoundly stated, “The Earth does not belong to Man; Man belongs to the Earth.” We must honour it, protect it, and preserve it for generations to come.

As we advance scientifically, we must remain mindful of the impact of our actions. Since science and the environment are inseparable, it is our duty to seek a balance between progress and preservation.

The Eureka International Science and Environment Olympiad (EISEO) 2025, to be organised from 14th to 17th October 2025 by CMS Anand Nagar Campus, aims to foster environmental awareness and scientific curiosity in young minds. It is a platform that nurtures future leaders who are not only intellectually competent but also environmentally conscious.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our Founder Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi, for her visionary guidance in providing students a platform to explore, innovate, and excel. The unwavering support of our Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, continues to inspire us to focus on the wonders of the Earth and recognise our role within its delicate web of life.

My sincerest congratulations to Mrs Trapti Dwivedi, Principal of Anand Nagar Campus, whose leadership, passion, and dedication inspire both staff and students alike. I also wish to acknowledge the tireless efforts of the entire CMS team in ensuring the success of this remarkable event.

We are privileged to be part of an institution that values education, growth, and holistic development. While we take pride in our achievements, we also remain committed to continuous improvement.

Together, as a community, we pledge to pursue excellence, nurture talent, and cultivate a sustainable future for generations to come.

Jai Jagat!
