General Guidelines for EISEO 2025

General Guidelines for EISEO 2025 is a global student competition promoting innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. To ensure fair participation, all teams must follow the General Guidelines for EISEO 2025, which cover team composition, registration, travel, and event protocols. These General Guidelines for EISEO 2025 help streamline event logistics and enhance the overall experience for all participants.

Competition Categories

EISEO 2025 is open to students in four categories:

  • Primary: Classes IV to V

  • Junior: Classes VI to VIII

  • Senior: Classes IX to XII

  • School Category: Mixed-level teams for collaborative engagement

Team Composition

Each EISEO 2025 team must have 10 students:

  • 4 from the Primary level

  • 4 from the Junior level

  • 2 from the Senior level

Teams must have two leaders, with mixed-gender teams requiring male and female leaders.

Guest & Accommodation Details

  • Principals are honored guests with complimentary accommodation.

  • International and outstation teams will stay at the International Students’ Hostel, CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Lucknow.

  • Facilities include paid communication services, on-site medical aid, and a guided shopping tour.

Registration Fees

  • International teams: $20 per participant and leader (or INR equivalent).

  • Outstation & local teams: ₹1,000 per participant and leader (via Demand Draft).

  • Principals: No registration fee.

The Demand Draft should be made in favor of City Montessori School, Lucknow.

Registration Deadlines

  • Confirmation of Participation: July 15, 2025

  • Registration Form Submission: August 15, 2025

  • Travel Details (International & Outstation teams): September 15, 2025

Important Participation Rules

  • Changes in participant details are discouraged.

  • The Head of Institution must submit the Registration Form.

  • International teams must provide passport details at least 30-40 days before travel.

  • Local teams must register on October 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM at CMS Kanpur Road Campus.

  • National and international teams will register upon arrival.

Key Event Schedule

  • Embellishing Silhouettes Competition: October 14, 2025 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

  • Press Conference & Photo Session: October 14, 2025, at noon (mandatory for International & Outstation teams).

  • Inaugural Ceremony: October 14, 2025, at World Unity Convention Centre, CMS Kanpur Road Campus.

  • Schools must bring their flag for the Inaugural Ceremony procession.

  • Cultural Presentation: October 15, 2025 (separate award category, not included in overall scores).

Competition Rules

  • Students cannot participate in multiple simultaneous events.

  • Each school can send only one team.

  • Schools cannot showcase promotional videos.

  • Participants must bring required materials (refer to competition pages).

  • Smart devices (smartwatches, laptops, calculators, mobile phones, earphones, tablets) are not allowed during competitions.

  • Participants must wear their school uniform and EISEO ID badge unless costumes are permitted for specific competitions.

Awards & Recognition

  • Each category (Primary, Junior, Senior, School) has a championship trophy.

  • The Overall Championship Trophy is awarded to the best-performing school.
