COFAS 2026 \u2013 Rules & Regulations<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

General Information<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
  1. COFAS 2026 is open to students in two categories:
    • Junior Category:<\/strong> Classes VII to IX (12\u201315 years)<\/li>
    • Senior Category:<\/strong> Classes X to XII (16\u201319 years)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Each participating school team must comprise:
      • 5 Senior students<\/li>
      • 5 Junior students<\/li>
      • 2 Team Leaders (Teachers)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • The Principal\/Head of Institution of every participating school is cordially invited to attend the Inaugural Ceremony as a Special Guest of Honour.<\/li><\/ol>

        Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
        1. A registration form will be accepted only if it is complete in all respects and duly forwarded by the Head of the Institution.<\/li>
        2. Every registered school will be allotted a unique School Code.<\/li>
        3. Registration Fee:
          • International Teams:<\/strong> USD 25 per participant<\/li>
          • National Teams:<\/strong> \u20b91,500 per participant<\/li>
          • There is no registration fee<\/strong> for the Principal or Team Leaders.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Registration fees should be paid through a Demand Draft in favour of City Montessori School, Lucknow<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>

            Accommodation & Travel<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
            1. Accommodation will be provided only to outstation and international teams<\/strong>, for a maximum of 10 student participants and 2 accompanying teachers<\/strong> per school.<\/li>
            2. Outstation teams must submit complete travel details by 15th<\/sup> August 2026<\/strong> to facilitate airport\/railway station transfers.<\/li>
            3. If any team arrives before 13th<\/sup> October 2026<\/strong> or plans to stay beyond 16th<\/sup> October 2026<\/strong>, accommodation and other arrangements must be made by the team independently.<\/li>
            4. Additional members, including parents, guardians and siblings, cannot be accommodated by the organisers.<\/li><\/ol>

              Participation Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
              1. All outstation teams must attend the Press Conference and Group Photograph<\/strong> on 13th<\/sup> October 2026 at 12:00 Noon<\/strong> and should plan their travel accordingly.<\/li>
              2. Participating schools should carry their school flag<\/strong> for the Inaugural Ceremony.<\/li>
              3. Outstation teams are not permitted to leave the campus during the competition days without prior permission from the organisers.<\/li>
              4. Participants must bring all articles, props and equipment required for their respective competitions.<\/li>
              5. Attendance at the Prayer Assembly<\/strong> is compulsory for all participating teams.<\/li>
              6. Team Leaders must:<\/li><\/ol>
                • Ensure their team’s attendance is marked 20 minutes before<\/strong> the commencement of each event.<\/li>
                • Remain with their team until the conclusion of all scheduled performances and events.<\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Participants should wear their school uniform<\/strong> for all competitions unless a specific event requires a costume.<\/li><\/ol>

                    Submission Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
                    1. The following materials must be submitted at the Registration Desk<\/strong> in a pen drive:<\/li><\/ol>
                      • SOFTEK \u2013 Source Files<\/li>
                      • COSTEK \u2013 Audio\/Multimedia Files<\/li>
                      • CTRL + ALT + DEL (Dramatics) \u2013 Multimedia Files<\/li>
                      • Beats & Strings \u2013 Track and Lyrics<\/li><\/ul>

                        Results & Judging<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
                        1. Competition results will be announced during the Valedictory and Prize Distribution Ceremony<\/strong> on 16th<\/sup> October 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
                        2. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>
