Children’s Day

Children’s Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and fun in the Primary Section on 14th of November to mark the birth anniversary of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. The tiny tots danced on the tunes of popular children’s songs. Teachers presented an interesting skit depicting the significance of a teacher in a child’s life who is exposed to various distractions in day to day life.

Students brought their favourite food items and enjoyed the pool lunch in their respective classroom.

Diwali Celebrations -- 3rd and 5th November, 2018

Diwali is the main festival celebrated throughout the country. Students of Primary Section also celebrated the festival of lights with full fervour and frolic by participating in number of activities to mark the occasion. The activities were as follows-

• Class I – Diya Making by folding paper and diya decoration
• Class II – Candle decoration
• Class III – Diya Decoration
• Class IV – Garland Making By Paper Flowers
• Class V – Rangoli Making and preparation of sweet without cooking

Students also performed Nukkad Natak conveying the message of celebrating safe and pollution free Diwali without crackers and spread happiness every where. They also took out a procession all around the school to spread the message of celebrating Green Diwali.
