HOBBY CLASS

On Saturday, 18th December 2021, a class quiz competition was organised by the students of Class 11th. The quiz was titled Bussin' in Guessin' which meant being good at getting. It was divided into three rounds. The first round was titled It's the occasion to guess the location. 10 points were awarded for each of the correct answers and 5 points for each of the passed questions. The three teams scored the same in the First Round.

The second round was based on General Knowledge in which the participants were asked current world affairs. The last round consisted of various miscellaneous questions related to Music, Literature and Art. The quiz was an interactive way to develop co-ordination and team spirit among the students.

IT Club for Mothers

Information technology has changed our lifestyle. We all are relying on technologies for knowledge and income. We are moving fast, developing new methods and rules for work. But we are missing our parents in this techno world, especially mothers.

Mothers put most of the time for caring of their kids. The life of mothers is always busy. They hardly think about themselves. Keeping this is mind IT Training for Mothers was conducted in CMS, ANAND NAGAR CAMPUS on 20th December, 2021 to provide comprehensive range of learning opportunities and to enhance their technical skills by learning text tools and picture tools of MS Word.

Spoken English Club for Mothers

The objective of Spoken English session for mothers was to make them understand the concept of sentence structure and how to make basic English sentences along with mispronounced words.

OPEN DAY CELEBRATION

A day to rejoice in learning and happiness

CMS Anand Nagar holds pride in organizing it’s first-ever offline JYEP Open Day Celebration. JYEP Open Day is a day when parents of Junior Youths and Animators get a glimpse of the dynamics of the program and the change or transformation it is bringing to the lives of these young but inquisitive minds. An Open Day was organized at the Campus on the 27th of November, 2022, where parents from the Junior and Senior Section participated and students of classes 6, 8, and 9 were there to enrich their understanding with the knowledge of the program.

The program started with, the Animators of classes 9 and 10 chanting the praise of God and reading a passage from the Holy Writings. There was a sense of prayerfulness after the devotions. The audience consisted of parents of the Junior Youths and Animators, and students from classes 6, 8, 9, and 10. At the very beginning of the program the mood was set for the day and it was of joy and meaning.

We had the guest addresses by Mrs. Shipra Upadhyay and Dr. Sohayl Mohajer, who talked about the parent’s role in the empowerment of the Junior Youths and about the need for such programs in society to bring the transformation we want to see in the world. The program ended with the Vote of Thanks by our respected Principal.

World Computer Literacy Day


World Computer Literacy Day is observed every year on December 2, to create awareness and drive digital literacy in underserved communities worldwide.

The day promotes technological skills, especially in children and women. The World Computer Literacy Day aims to inspire them to learn more and make their work/task easier by the use of computers.

Pre-Primary Section of CMS, Anand Nagar Campus celebrated World Literacy Day where students went to computer lab and learnt the parts of computer, uses of computer and need of computers in our daily lives. Students also learnt use of keyboard and enjoyed typing activity.

Junior Section

Environment Club

On 4th December, 2021, Eco Club celebrated World Soil Day (Poster making and wall display) The objective was to conduct live session for students to provide comprehensive range of learning opportunities to encourage them to make posters on 'SAVE TREES' and to develop future ready leaders who can take charge to educate and spread awareness on conservation of soil.

Students were apprised about the importance of the day and to save trees as well. They made posters and displayed them on the wall. The activity was conducted by Ms. Lovey Khan and was attended by 38 students of Class IX.

Art and Craft

Since Christmas is around the corner, students of Classes 6 to 8 on 4th December, under the able guidance of their class teachers, conducted a live session and made attractive items like Christmas bells, Christmas trees, stars and Santa Claus with great enthusiasm.

Primary Section

Art and Craft

Christmas season is slowly catching up with the students. Various hobby classes were conducted in the Primary Section. Students of class 3 made Christmas trees and envelopes. Students of class 4 made piggy bank from waste bottles. Students of class 5 showed their creativity by making beautiful Christmas wreath.

Mothers’ Club- Spoken English

Spoken English session was conducted to make the mothers understand the concept of sentence structure, frame basic English sentences and avoid using mispronounced words.
