International Tiger Day on 29/07/2020


International Tiger Day was celebrated in Pre-Primary Section of Anand Nagar Campus. Teachers told the students about why we should not cut the forest, why we need to save Tiger, and importance of Tiger for our environment. Children enjoyed various activities in the online class. Students enjoyed the multimedia on Tigers Day and slogan writing and colouring of slogan card.


National Parents Day on 27/07/2020


National Parents Day was celebrated by Pre-primary section of CMS Anand Nagar. Children were told importance of parents.


Van Mahotsava


Van Mahotsava was celebrated between 1st July,to 7th July, 2020. On this occasion, students of theJunior section showcased their creativity about conserving forests and saving trees through their posters. A poster making competition was organised and through this competition some students portrayed beautiful posters to depict their ideas. The students painted their perceptions on paper about saving the planet by planting trees and conserving our forests and thereby reducing pollution and saving our planet from other damages.


Vidya Ka Parv


City Montessori School, Anand Nagar Campus celebrated Vidya Ka Parv on the 1st July, 2020 in all the sections.

A Special Assembly was organized in Pre Primary Section which started with Yoga exercises followed by an energizer "Baby Shark....". School Prayer 'O God Guide Me' was conducted followed by Pledge, Day, Date, Motto, Mission, Weather, Golden lines. Spoken English activity was also organized in which the children were told about the Corona Pandemic and its prevention through a video. In the end, a rhyme "Two little dicky birds" was conducted through a video which the children enjoyed a lot.

In the Primary Section, the Assembly began with great zeal and enthusiasm. Warming up exercises and Yoga were conducted for the students. Respected Principal Ma’am welcomed all the children. Net etiquettes were shared with the children followed by School Prayer, School Pledge and Explanation of Virtue. A motivational video with a beautiful message of positivity and happiness was shown and an interactive session was taken up on the same. The children were also briefed about routine classes.

In Junior and Senior section, Respected Principal Ma’am welcomed the students. The Section Coordinator, Ms.Priyanka Dwivedi addressed the students and the Assembly started with melodious School Prayer. The importance of prayer was explained by Ms. Urvashi Singh supported by a profoundly meaningful video. Ms. Nadia Laeeq took up the pledge where students took an oath to serve for the greater purpose of life by connecting to the Almighty. Ms. Laeeq also shared some vital rules of online learning with students. Virtue talk was lead by Ms. Komal Singh who explained the importance of gratefulness and how to practice it regularly with a help of a guiding video. In order to make the Assembly more interactive, Spoken English activity was conducted by Ms. Lovey Khan and Ms. Amrita Bhattacharya, where students were presented with tongue twisters which students thoroughly enjoyed. In the end, the students were asked to exercise as depicted in the video presented by Ms. Monika Tripathi. The event ended on a positive note where the learners pledged to get back to studies with a lot of zeal and gusto.
