Diwali Celebration on 23.10.2019



Pre-Primary and Primary section of Anand Nagar campus celebrated Diwali with a lot of galore on 23rd October 2019. A Special Prayer Assembly was organizedto celebrate this holy occasion. Children came dressed in traditional attires for the Diwali Celebration.  

Anti Cracker Campaign on 22.10.2019





Keeping in mind, the thought of Eco-friendly and Safe Diwali, the students of classes III to VIII of CMS, Anand Nagar Campus took an initiative to make the people aware of the Do’s and Don’ts that should be followed in Diwali by organizing an Anti Cracker Campaign on 22nd October 2019.

Visit to Metro Station on 22.10.2019


Lucknow Metro, students of classes Nursery and Kindergarten of Anand Nagar Campus visited a Mavaiya Metro Station on 22nd October 2019 along with their class teachers. Children were very excited to see the mesmerizing infrastructure of Mavaiya Metro Station. They were taken to the ticket counters, checking points and indicators displaying the time and name of the station. They were explained about the steps to be taken for reaching thetrack of metro.

World Food Day on 16.10.2019




World Food Day was observed in Anand Nagar Campus on 16th October 2019. A Special Assembly was organized by students of Pre-Primary and classes I and II where in the tiny tots of Pre-Primary played a game of ‘Tug of War’ where few students enacted as healthy food whereas few acted as junk good. A skit based on healthy and junk food was also conducted during Assembly of classes I and II.

Students of Pre-Primary and classes I and II of Anand Nagar campus celebrated the anniversary of Universal Postal Union and observed World Post Day on 9thOctober 2019. Children were briefed about the day and its importance in oureveryday life. Images of postman and letterbox were shown to the children and were explained how to send telegram parcel, letters and money transfer. Many classroom activities were conducted like enactment of posting letter in letterbox with the help of prop (Montessori), watched video (K.G.-A), pasting of letterbox (KG- B), post box making and colouring (class I), letter writing onpostcard (class II).

Dusshera Celebration and Visit to Durga Puja Pandal

Keeping the festive spirit alive, Dussehra was celebrated at Anand Nagar campus on 5th October 2019 with great zeal and enthusiasm. A Special Assembly was conducted for the students of Pre-Primary and classes I and II for giving information about Dussehra, its celebration and the story about Lord Ram, Devil Ravana and Goddess Durga. The tiny tots were dressed in beautiful traditional Indian attires. The students also visited Kalyan Mandap Park located in front of our campus to witness the beautifully decorated Durga Puja Pandal. 


Gandhi Jayanti Celebration on 3-10-2019

Pre-Primary and Classes I and II of City Montessori School, Anand Nagar Campus celebrated Gandhi Jayanti on 3rd October, 2019 The children came dressed in White Kurta Pajama as white is the colour of peace and non-violence.
