A perfect amalgamation of lush greenery and art, Eco Park covers a huge area of about 112 acres. The place houses nearly 500 bronze animals and water fountains that add to the park’s grandeur. There is also a Rock Garden, surrounded by several green houses that are home to about 12000 Euphorbia Milii plants. It was a memorable day for the little ones.
The students of Kindergarten (both shifts) on 19/09/2018 visited the GURUDWARA located at Patel Nagar wherein they learnt that a gurdwara (meaning "door to the guru") is a place of worship for Sikhs. Each gurdwara has a Darbar Sahib where the current and everlasting guru of the Sikhs, the scripture Guru Granth Sahib, is placed on a takhalmmlolt (an elevated throne) in a prominent central position and those who (sing Ragas) recite, sing and explain, the verses from the Guru Granth Sahib, in the presence of the congregation are called RaagisThe visit was in pursuance of CMS philosophy of religious unity.
FIELD TRIP at Anand Nagar Campus - The students of class 2 (both shifts) on 25/09/2018 visited the Traffic Training Park in the city. The park is meant to impart knowledge about traffic rules to school-going children and local citizens. Spanning over one and a half acres, the park consists of common traffic signals put up along the walking tracks along with zebra crossings and a few traffic lights. This park, a one-of-its-kind for the city, took us by surprise when we visited it. Scrunched inside a residential colony, the officials utilised the park to conduct training programmes and to educate children in traffic rules. The visit was a fruitful one.
Junior Section went to Rajkiya Udyan Parishar (Garden) on 10/09/2018.
