Durga Puja

The students of Pre-Primary Section and Classes I and II of Anand Nagar Campus visited the Kalyan Mandap Durga Puja Pandal, Anand Nagar to be a part of festivities along with the local community.

The festival was celebrated with great fervor and joy by the students of Pre-Primary section and classes I and II of CMS, Anand Nagar Campus. Special Assembly was conducted wherein the studentsdressed in colorful traditional attire were told about the significance of the festival. The Assembly concluded with the burning of effigy of Ravana signifying the victory of good over evil.

World Food Day

The day was observed by the Pre-Primary Section and Classes I and II wherein the teachers shared the significance of food, balanced diet and how equally important it is not to waste food.

Visit of Dr Abhilasha Wal

Dr Abhilasha a geoscientist, photographer and poetess showcased the 'Dance of Nature' art photography exhibition in the school for the Junior Section of Anand Nagar Campus. She also presented the 'poetry and music' story telling about 'Mother Nature' with the help of the students. She sensitized the students about the earth's fragile ecosystem and created awareness amongst the students by educating them about the 'Flood Disaster Management'. Dr. Wal emphasized upon the need of the humans, innovation and out of the box thinking to bring in the change, which is the need of the hour.

Prize Distribution Ceremony

Celebrating success at Anand Nagar Campus-Prize Distribution Ceremony was organized for the Position Holders of Half Yearly Examination 2018 for students of classes I to VIII of Anand Nagar Campus. The function was specially designed to celebrate success and acknowledge the significant role of mothers in their wards' achievement.

United Nations Day

24th October has been celebrated as United Nations Day since 1948. The day was observed at Anand Nagar Campus wherein the information regarding the same was shared with the students of classes III to VIII. Poster making competition and Quiz was also organized.
