Guidelines

  • All presenters will receive an official certificate of participation, co-endorsed by ABRSM and INYOC recognising their scholarly contribution to the conference.
  • Distinguished certificates of achievement will be presented to all winners, recognising their exceptional presentation skill and scholarly excellence.
  • Category of Awards
    a) Best Paper Presentation
    b) Best Student Presentation
    c) Session’s Best Award
  • On-site registration will be available for all participants welcoming last-minute attendees to join the conference.
  • Registration fees for paper presenters are set at ₹ 2,000 for local and national presenters and USD 40 for international presenters.
  • Full hospitality including meals and lodging will be extended to all national and international participants at no extra cost.
  • Payment mode will be cash only for international delegates and Demand Draft for national and local delegates in the name of City Montessori School.
  • Deadline to submit the abstracts online will be 5th August, 2025 in the mentioned email id musicconference.rjpm1@cmseducation.org.
  • All final presentations should be submitted by 15th August, 2025 to the same email id.
  • An exceptional opportunity awaits participants to interact with a distinguished panel of music authorities, discussing diverse aspects of musical artistry on August 22nd and 23rd, 2025.
  • Selected abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings.
  • We welcome volunteers as Country Coordinators who will receive promotional publicity and formal letters of appreciation upon successful registration of presenters from their respective countries.
  • Presenters are kindly requested to submit a brief professional biography alongside their abstracts in the submission template that will be shared with the interested candidates on their mail.
  • The expert panelists will moderate discussions involving presenters and volunteer participants, who will participate in Round Table sessions organised during the conference and they may freely participate in these Round Table Discussion sessions.
