CODE OF CONDUCT

Dress code​

  • Participants should be in their respective school uniforms throughout the day except at the time of the events that require a different attire.
  • Identification Cards will be provided to the participants on their arrival which must be worn by them at all times from
    21st August to 24th August, 2025.

Accomodation

  • Only the outstation teams along with their Team Leaders will be provided accommodation by the organisers. Non Participants will not be accommodated. Prior information should be provided in case of any change in the number of participants.
  • Teams will not be allowed any early arrival /extra stay at the venue.
  • The visiting teams (outstation) along with their Team Leaders must be present at the venue at all times from 21st August to
    24th August, 2025.
  • Participants are advised to take adequate measures for the safety of their belongings. The organisers will not be responsible for any complaints in this regard.
  • Meals will be served at the timings given below

    Breakfast : 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

    Lunch : 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

    Dinner : 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

    **Kindly note that only on 21st August, 2025, the timings for lunch will be from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m, followed by a photoshoot and a press conference.

Discipline

  • Proper discipline and decorum should be maintained by the participants during their stay.
  • No relatives or friends will be allowed to meet any participant till the conclusion of all the events of Conferenza Internazionale di Musica.
  • Neither the Participants nor the Team Leaders will be permitted to stay in their rooms during the events.
  • The Team Leader will be responsible for the conduct of the Team Members.
  • The teams are requested to cooperate with their Team Buddies by maintaining punctuality and discipline.
  • Venturing out of the premises without seeking prior permission will be considered a Breach of Zone and the participant will be immediately asked to withdraw from the events.

Validity of Entry

  • The participating schools must ensure that their entries are complete in all aspects.
  • The entries must be duly signed and forwarded by the Head of the Institution.
  • Every member of the participating team must submit a photocopy of the ADHAAR CARD (National Teams)/ PASSPORT (International Teams) at the time of registration.
  • Kindly adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the brochure.
  • The entries which do not conform to the rules specified for each competition will stand disqualified.

Judgement of the Events

  • The judgement procedure will be monitored by Honourable Judges who will be experts in their respective fields and the decision of the Judges will be final.
