GUIDE LINES

  • The school team should comprise a total of eighteen participants. There are no age restrictions for participating in the competition. However, accommodation will be provided exclusively for students from Class IV to Class XII by the organisers. To accommodate exceptional talent, the organisers have introduced flexibility in the age criteria.
  • Each team will be accompanied by two Team Leaders only. The Principal accompanying the team will be the Guest of Honour.
  • A Registration Fee of ₹ 2,000/- (Two Thousand INR only) will be charged per participant for National Teams. Forty Dollars only ($40) will be charged for every participant from International Teams as Registration Fee. There will be no fee for the Principals, Team Leaders and Local Teams. We request you to pay the Registration Fee through a Demand Draft in favour of City Montessori School, Lucknow. The Demand Draft may be sent along with the Registration Form or submitted at the time of Registration on the arrival of the local teams.   • Each team will be provided with a Team Buddy during the Registration to facilitate effective participation.
  • Team Leaders must assemble with their teams in the auditorium at 08:00 a.m. sharp for the Prayer Assembly everyday. They are requested to sign at the entrance of the Auditorium to ensure their presence. Delay or absence during the assembly will lead to disqualification for the subsequent events of that day.
  • It is mandatory for a team to participate in all the events. Once registered for an event, the team is obliged to participate in that event.
  • The number of teams that the organisers can accommodate is limited. Participation will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, the interested schools must mail us their confirmation at the earliest.
  • As a part of the event, each participating school is requested to prepare a multimedia presentation to showcase their school’s essence, team leader and participants. The presentation should not exceed more than a minute.
  • All notices will be displayed outside the Control Room. Team Leaders are requested to update their teams accordingly.

Rules for Registration

  • Registration for all local teams will be done on 19th August, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. All National and International Teams should reach Lucknow and report at the Control Desk, CMS WUCC, Kanpur Road, latest by 12 noon on 20th August, 2025 for the event.
  • The participating teams are required to confirm their participation by mail through the prescribed format latest by 30th April, 2025. This prescribed format is attached to the mail.
  • The participating teams must send their Registration Form by mail along with the Travel Details Form latest by 30th June, 2025.
  • The Team Leaders and Participants must check for any error/change in the names of participants before registration at the Registration Counter and submit the verified list on the letterhead of the school duly signed by the Head of the Institution.
  • The same should be mailed to us latest by the 21st July, 2025.
  • Kindly adhere to all the timings given in the schedule of events. The team should also strictly adhere to all the rules and regulations throughout the event.
  • Medical Facilities and a Communication Centre (for telephone, fax and e-mail facilities) will be available at the venue on payment.
  • All the participants are requested to follow the meal timings.
