CMS teachers take out grand 'Character Building March'

Lucknow, May 10: CMS organized a grand 'Teachers Thanksgiving Function' on 10 May at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium to honour its hardworking and dedicated teachers. At this grand function, CMS Founders and renowned educationists, Drs Jagdish Gandhi and Bharti Gandhi extended heartfelt gratitude towards the devoted teachers of the institution. Chief Guest Shri Ajit Kumar Jha, Editor (Research), India Today Magazine, inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning. Head of CMS Quality Assurance and Innovation Department, Ms Susmita Basu welcomed the Chief Guest and other important dignitaries at the function. She gave detailed information about the glorious achievements throughout the year amidst the scintillating educational-cultural presentations of CMS teachers. The school felicitated the meritorious students and high achievers and scorers on this occasion and also hoboured their parents and teachers. On this occasion, an amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- collected by CMS students was donated to the humanitarian organization SPARK India for physically challenged persons and rehabilitation of animals.

Earlier, in the morning, over 3000 CMS teachers took out a huge Character Building March making a strong appeal for character building and moral upliftment of the younger generation. This huge March of CMS teachers began from Maqdoompur Police Chowki of Gomti Nagar Extension.
