(1) अच्छे विचार ग्रहण करने के लिए बाल्यावस्था सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है:-
आज की उद्देश्यविहीन शिक्षा ने मानव जीवन को उद्देश्यविहीन कर दिया है। उद्देश्यविहीन शिक्षा ने परमात्मा से बालक का सम्बन्ध विच्छेद कर दिया है। बालक का जैसा दृष्टिकोण होगा वैसा ही उसका जीवन बन जायेगा। आज की शिक्षा बालक को केवल भौतिक विषयों की शिक्षा देती है। जिसके कारण व्यक्ति केवल एक भौतिक प्राणी बनकर ही रह गया है जबकि मनुष्य एक भौतिक, सामाजिक तथा आध्यात्मिक प्राणी है। इसलिए बालक को केवल भौतिक शिक्षा ही नहीं वरन् भौतिक, सामाजिक तथा आध्यात्मिक गुणों से युक्त संतुलित शिक्षा देने की आवश्यकता है। बचपन में जो विचार बालक के अवचेतन मन में पड़ जाते हंै, वे विचार उसके भावी जीवन का हिस्सा बन जाते हैं। अच्छे गुणों को अपनाने के लिए बाल्यावस्था सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अवस्था होती है। इसलिए आज के युग की आवश्यकता के अनुरूप बच्चों को शिक्षा देकर उनके दृष्टिकोण को विश्वव्यापी बनाना चाहिए।
(2) शिक्षा के द्वारा बच्चों को आज विश्व एकता का विचार देने की आवश्यकता हैः-
हमारे ऋषि-मुनियों ने कल्पना की थी कि उदार चरित्र वालों के लिए यह वसुधा कुटुम्ब के समान है। विश्व एकता की शिक्षा इस युग की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है। शिक्षा के द्वारा बच्चों को आज विश्व एकता का विचार देने की आवश्यकता है। बच्चों का बाल्यावस्था से ही संकल्प हो कि मैं एक दिन दुनियाँ एक करूँगा धरती स्वर्ग बनाऊँगा, विश्व शान्ति का सपना सच करके दिखलाऊँगा। बालक में ऐसे गुण विकसित करने चाहिए जिससे कि वह सारी मानव जाति का सेवक बन सके। संसार के सभी बच्चों को विश्व नागरिक बनने की शिक्षा दी जानी चाहिए। हमें प्रत्येक बालक को विश्व कल्याण के कार्य के लिए तैयार करना चाहिए। हमें प्रत्येक बालक में बचपन से ही ऐसे विचार डालना चाहिए कि वे ऊँचा सोचें और महान बनें।
(3) सभी धर्मो की शिक्षा है मानवमात्र से बिना किसी भेदभाव के प्रेम करना हैः-
परमात्मा का दिव्य ज्ञान एक ही दिव्य लोक से आया है। हमारी पहचान हमारा शरीर नहीं वरन् हमारी आत्मा है। हर व्यक्ति के दो पिता होते हंै - एक भौतिक शरीर का पिता है तथा दूसरा परमपिता परमात्मा हमारी आत्मा का पिता है। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से उनके शिष्य अर्जुन ने पूछा कि आपका धर्म क्या है? भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने अपने शिष्य अर्जुन को बताया कि मैं सारी सृष्टि का सृजनहार हूँ। इसलिए मैं सारी सृष्टि से एवं सृष्टि के सभी प्राणी मात्र से बिना किसी भेदभाव के प्रेम करता हूँ। इस प्रकार मेरा धर्म अर्थात कर्तव्य सारी सृष्टि तथा इसमें रहने वाली मानव जाति की भलाई करना है। इसके बाद अर्जुन ने भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से पूछा कि भगवन् मेरा धर्म क्या है? भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने अर्जुन से कहा कि तुम मेरी आत्मा के पुत्र हो। इसलिए मेरा जो धर्म अर्थात कर्तव्य है वही तुम्हारा धर्म अर्थात कर्तव्य है। अतः सारी मानव जाति की भलाई करना ही तुम्हारा भी धर्म अर्थात् कर्तव्य है। इस प्रकार भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने बताया कि इस प्रकार तेरा और मेरा दोनों का धर्म अर्थात् कर्तव्य सारी सृष्टि की भलाई करना ही है। किन्तु अज्ञानतावश हम यह कहते हैं कि मैं हिन्दू हूँ, मैं मुसलमान हूँ, मैं सिक्ख हूँ, मैं ईसाई हूँ। धर्म को अलग-अलग समझने के कारण ही हम एक-दूसरे से भेदभाव करते हैं, जबकि सभी धर्मों की शिक्षा मानव मात्र से प्रेम करना है। इस ग्लोब को परमात्मा ने बनाया है। इसलिए यह सारी धरती अपनी है तथा इसमें रहने वाली समस्त मानव जाति भी एक परिवार है। यह सृष्टि पूरी की पूरी अपनी है परायी नहीं है।
(4) बालक को पवित्र ग्रन्थों के सम्पूर्ण दिव्य ज्ञान से जोड़ने की आवश्यकता हैः-
परमात्मा सबसे बड़ा हितैषी है जब वह हमारे से अलग हो जाता है तो मनुष्य बुराइयों से घिर जाता है। आज समाज बुराइयों से घिरता जा रहा है। जिसका एकमात्र कारण बचपन में मिली उद्देश्यहीन शिक्षा है। जिस प्रकार बल्व पाॅवर हाउस से जुड़कर प्रकाशित हो जाता है उसी प्रकार मनुष्य परमात्मा से जुड़कर प्रकाशित हो जाता है। जब-जब लोग परमात्मा की शिक्षाओं को भूल जाते हैं तब-तब वे दुखों और कष्टों से घिर जाते हैं। लोक कल्याण के लिए परमात्मा स्वयं मानव शरीर में युग-युग में राम, कृष्ण, बुद्ध, महावीर, ईशु, मोहम्मद, नानक, बहाउल्लाह के रूप में जन्म लेता है। मानव जाति को उसके धर्म अर्थात कर्तव्यों का बोध कराता है। आज की शिक्षा का उद्देश्य प्रत्येक बालक को सभी पवित्र ग्रन्थों - गीता, त्रिपटक, बाईबिल, कुरान, गुरू ग्रन्थ साहिब, किताबे अकदस, किताबे अजावेस्ता के सम्पूर्ण दिव्य ज्ञान से जोड़ने की है।

Creativity shines at the International Day of Peace
Instilling a sense of responsibility and concern towards various important local, national and international issues early in life helps children become informed and vigilant adults. With this idea in mind we celebrate various important days. In September 20th 2018 the Pre Primary section of CMS-GN1 celebrated International Day of Peace. Children were enlightened with the importance of harmony and peace at home, in country and the world at large.
The children did In-Class activities like making a Peace Cop and the Symbol of Peace. A special assembly was organized to spread the message in a clear and concise way. The children pledged to be a role model to spread peace and follow the teachings of love and brotherhood.
The children loved the activities and learned an important lesson according to CMS system of education.

ISSE students' delegation arrives from Peru
Delegation from Peru arrives at CMS Lucknow for the ISSE Exchange programme
A 12-member students delegation of Flemming School, Trujillo, Peru, arrived at CMS on 28 September on special invitation of CMS at the Gomti Nagar Campus II under International School-to-School Experience (ISSE) Exchange Programme. This delegation comprising 2 teachers and 10 students is on a 15-day educational trip to CMS. Students of Peru are attending classes at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II with CMS students. They are also participating in co-curricular activities with CMS children under ISSE programme which aims at spreading the ideals of World Unity, brotherhood, friendship and World Peace amongst nations and fostering for the spirit of global understanding in students. They will also stay with Indian host families to acquaint themselves with Indian culture, customs and traditions. The delegation comprises the following students: Gabbriela Castaneda Arce, Diego Del Pinocasanovs, Francisco Gamarra Leiva, Micaela Ganoza Fenadas, Gonzalo Morsles Ramos, Valentino Mostacero Rameos, Santiago Zapata Rojas, Natalia Gilardi, Graciela Sancher and Ricardo Prado. They are accompanied by two teachers Mr Dante Herrera and Ms Judith Portella.
CMS students win Best Team award in debate contest
Ananya Kalra and Gurbani Bedi, two talented Class XII students of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I brought laurels for institution by winning the Best Team award in senior category of an Inter-school Debate Competition organized under the aegis of Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC), UP & Uttarakhand at zonal level.

Jyotsana Singh, a student of CMS, Kanpur Road Campus, has been offered admission by four prestigious universities of America and England. The University of Sussex, UK; University of Bristol, UK; Michigan State University, USA and Ohio State University, USA have selected this talented student for academic excellence.

Speaking at the World Unity Satsang organized at CMS Gomti Nagar auditorium, renowned educationist and CMS Founder-Director Dr Bharti Gandhi said that CMS students are taught the ideals of 'Jai Jagat' and 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam.’ Material, human and divine education form part of their curriculum for personality development, which among other things, include world. Peace, world Unity and world brotherhood in people of the world.
