Best Short Fiction award went to the Korean film DREAM LETTER directed by Jung Ye-bin. The director got a silver trophy, a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 85,000/- and the producer Lee June got a certificate and cash prize of ₹ 65,000/-. Special Mention Certificate was given to the Egyptian film FROM INSIDE directed by Ramy Gabry.
Best Short Animation award went to the Georgian animated film GENO directed by Dato Kiknavelidze. The director got a silver trophy, a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 85,000/- and the producer Lali Kiknavelidze got a certificate and cash prize of ₹ 65,000/-.
Special Mention Certificate was given to the Lithuanian animated film RUNNING LIGHTS directed by Gediminas Siaulys Best Short Documentary award was given to the Iranian short documentary film THE GIRLS directed by Fery Malek-Madani. The director got a silver trophy, a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 60,000/- and the producer Art Cantara association got a certificate and cash prize of ₹ 40,000/-.
Special Mention Certificate was given to the Japanese animated film SHIMAJIRO AND THE RAINBOW OASIS directed by ISAMU HIRABAYASHI.
Best Children's Feature Film award was given to the Chinese film BALLAD FROM TIBET produced and directed by Zhang Wei. The director got a Golden trophy, a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 1,25,000/- and the producer Zhang Wei got a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 1,25,000/-
Special Mention Certificate was given to the Iranian film MAHTAB directed by Vahid Pakzad.
Both the young jury and main jury unanimously recommended the Dr Jagdish Gandhi & Dr Bharti Gandhi Special Jury Award to the Austrian film HALIM directed by Werner Fiedler. The director got a silver trophy, a certificate and a cash prize of ₹ 60,000/- and the producer Werner Fiedler, FIEDLER FILM got a certificate and cash prize of ₹ 40,000/-.
