CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi flew off to Morocco on 31 March for attending an International Judicial Conference as the Special Guest of Honour. H.E. Mohammed Auajjar, Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Morocco has specially invited Dr Gandhi to attend this International Judicial Conference. Dr gandhi had also received a communication from the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India requesting him to attend this international conference being organized in Marrakech city, Morocco from 2 to 4 April 2018 in which chief justices, judges, legal luminaries and several eminent personalities from around the world are participating. He is accompanied at this trip by Mr Sandeep Srivastava, Project Leader of 'International Conference of Chief Justices of the World' of CMS. The International Judicial Conference is organized by the Ministry of Justice of Morocco under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of Morocco in collaboration with the High Council of the Judicial Power and Presidency of the Public Prosecution on the theme 'Judicial Independence, Ensuring the Litigants Rights and Respecting the Rules of Justice.'
The Open Day of CMS Chowk Campus was replete with all kinds of activities that showcased the talents of students. A science and art and craft exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr Roshan Gandhi, Director of Strategy, CMS. The occasion was special in that a new library and a children's play area was set up for the all-round development of the children. Parents were happy to watch the children reading and playing in this 'Happy School.'
This year, till date, 48 CMS students have been offered admission to top foreign universities of USA, U.K., Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Ireland. More offers are expected in coming months. Many of these admission offers are with scholarships upto USD 2,02,540.
For working towards environmental conservation and for motivating students to make efforts in this field, the CMS Station Road Campus has been awarded the national 'Paryavaran Mitra Earthian Award'. Among the 300 schools nationally, two schools from UP have been selected for this award and CMS Station Road Campus is one of them. The Paryaran Mitra Earthian Award is a very prestigious venture of the Centre for Environment Education, Ministry of Environment and Forests that is specially awarded to students and youth to encourage greater concern for environmental issues. CMS Station Road Campus was conferred with this award for its students' remarkable work in the field of 'Biodiversity and Sustainability'.
Aakansha Singh and Aniket Giri of Class XI, CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, are among the four Times SPARK scholarship winners of Rs. 1,00,000/- each from the city of Lucknow. Aakansha and Aniket are among the 300 awardees of the country. The Times Scholarship Programme for Awareness, Responsibility and Knowledge (SPARK), is an initiative by Times of India to encourage the reading habit among students. CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I Mrs Abha Anant heartily congratulated the winners.
Suryansh Raj Srivastava of Class VI, CMS Kanpur Road Campus was awarded Rs. 51,000/- as prize for securing first position in an essay writing competition on road safety organized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Shagun Srivastava of CMS Rajendra Nagar III was awarded Rs. 11,000/- as the third prize in this competition. The competition was organized on 22 March by the Regional Transport Office, Lucknow for Classes VI to X.

CMS Campuses organized their Divine Education Conferences with grandeur and ceremony felicitating the meritorious students on this day. Parents were invited and were thrilled to watch their children performing cultural items for them on stage. Report cards were given out and attractive prizes awarded to the position holders and achievers of medals in various competitions. Addressing the CMS parents, the CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that children are born to play important roles in life as obedient sons of Almighty God and serve the world, therefore, the divine virtues like honesty, non-violence, justice and cooperation etc. should be instilled in children from the beginning.
