2014-2015 has proved to be another glorious years in the history of Rajajipuram Campus II and the students as always, have displayed enthusiasm and interest in various co-curricular activities.
National and International festivals were celebrated with great zest and zeal. Moral assemblies were effectively carried out to impart moral values to the children. The students displayed their all round talents and made the school proud by winning several prizes.
In the Elementary Math’s Olympiad for Class IV and V held in Rajendra Nagar – Hrishi Raj Saxena, Harshit Ranjan, Yashasvi Gupta, Jiya Chowdhry won the third prize in the team round.
Our students also participated in the interschool Spell Bee Competition held at St. Francis College, Lucknow where Achintya Patel of Class III stood in the Category 1 while Jiya Chowdhry won the third prize in the Category 3.
Not ending here four students from our campus namely Pranav Pandey of Class III, Achintya Patel of Class III, Jiya Chowdhry Class V and Suhasi Chowdhry Class VII have also qualified for the national level round in the WIZ national Spell Bee Competition.
Jiya Chowdhry won the first prize in the G.K. Olympiad for Class V in the individual round while Hrishi Raj Saxena, Priyal Singh and Jiya Chowdhry won the third prize in the team round and G.K. Olympiad.
Yet another feather to our cap was when three students from our branch participated in National Level Round at WIZ National Spell Bee Competition and they returned victorious with Suhasi Chaudhary winning the second rank with a cash prize of Rs.3000. Jiya Chowdhry and Pranav Pandey also won the Sixth and Tenth Prizes as well as Cash Prizes of Rs 1000 each.
In Spellathon Literary Fest for Class VII Aviral Upadhyay won the First Prize in E-magine while Suhasi Chaudhary and Shaswat Bajpai won the second Prize in the Team Round in Spellathon.
In International Innovation Day too Aviral Upadhyay won the Second Prize in Creative Idea Competition. In the Maths Olympiad for Class VI and VII Suhasi Chaudhary won the Second Prize in the Individual Round.
In the Chief Justice of the World Conference our children participated in the Essay Contest where Neelesh Ranjan Jha won the First Prize and Nitin Rawal and Harsh Tripathi won the Second and Third Prizes. Neelesh Ranjan Jha also won the First Prize in the Power of the Pen Competition.
Ayush Mishra of class VII won the First Prize in the Collage Competition in the International Youth Fest.
There are various activities that were also organized in the pre-primary department like the Yellow day, Fancy dress, poem recitation visit to neighborhood, singing and dancing competition etc.
A delegation of the Branch led by the Principal, Mrs Aruna Naidu and teacher, Mrs. Anupama Checker as the deputy leader, along with the team of brilliant young mathematicians, Aviral Upadhyay, Anshit Seth and Akanksha Anand went to Hong Kong to participate in the International Mathematics Competition 2014 held there from 12 th to 18 th of July 2014. These students showed outstanding performance and achievements at this International Contest.
Our branch took another step ahead in creating awareness not only in the campus but also in the society by conducting activities like ‘Green Walk’, ‘Van Mahatsava’, ’Donation to Orphange’, ‘live in peace with stray animals ‘and many others. There were also events like the ‘Eye Check-up Camp’ by ABC Chashmewala, Ifftari Evening and seminar on diet and nutrition ‘Nutrition 2 me’ where Dr. Archana Bhatnagar interacted with mothers.
Independence Day, Republic Day, Raksha Bandhan, Dushehra Deepawali etc. were solemnized by pomp and show. At special assemblies organized on occasions like ‘International Love and Peace Day’ and ‘International Ozone Day’ students were informed about relevance and importance of the event.
